This defense device is being used by many security and law enforcement agencies to control trouble makers and rogues without causing bodily injury. These stun batons offers a good grip and reach and emit a powerful electroshock that paralyses the attacker throwing him to the ground.

Some stun batons require batteries while others can be plugged into a socket to be charged. Stun batons come in different volt configurations that can be adjusted at the time of defense from the attacker. When a high voltage electroshock is administered through the baton to the attacker it causes muscle contractions and leaves the attacker reeling in pain. The stun baton should come in contact with the attacker for two to three seconds to cause loss of balance.
